Registration for Network'08 can be done either using the form below or registering online.  Your Network'08 registration INCLUDES admittance into the ISH North America Trade Show. If you are registered for Network'08, you do not need to register separately to attend the ISH North America Trade Show - but - if you would like to attend an ISH North America Seminar, you must pre-register for the seminars in advance (as space is limited).   

The deadline for ALL mail, fax or online registrations is September 15, 2008. Registrations after September 15 must be processed in person at the Network'08 registration desk at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.  All on-site registrations will be assessed a $30 handling fee.
 
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by September 1, 2008. After September 1, a 50% processing fee will be charged.  No refunds after October 1, 2008.

Badges will not be mailed out in advance -- they will be available for pickup at the Network'08 registration desk at the Marriott.
